I have played this, and completed the game in 2 days. This version has a unique twist...you are a demonic creature with a whitty sense of humor. The commentary begins to become monotonus and cheesy after awhile. If you like FPS games with KICK A$$ graphic, violent, gameplay...this is worth checking out. It's just your plain ol FPS game where you're non stop killing demons. Can't complain... The game play is good, story line is good, and shooting things is good. :) I rate it 8 out of 10
Played the others and now this one I love all the painkiller games, great graffix awesome run and gun action, exellent shooter
if you like painkiller, you will like this.. being and old guy, i cant play it on the highest level like my son.. never have enough painkillers.....
